Yes, we offer worldwide shipping.

Where do you ship from?

We ship from the United States.

Can I change or cancel my order?

We aim to process orders as quickly as possible. If you need to change or cancel your order, please contact us within 12 hours of placing your order.

Requests made after this time may not be accepted if the order has already been processed or shipped. Once your order is received, you may request a return according to our return policy.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards, including Visa, Mastercard, and American Express, as well as other secure payment methods available at checkout.

When will my order be processed?

All orders are processed and shipped from our warehouse. Please allow extra processing time during holidays, sales, or high-demand periods.

Orders are processed Monday through Friday. Most orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days from the order date and shipped shortly after processing.

Please note that we do not process or ship orders on weekends or holidays.

How long will it take to receive my order?

Estimated delivery times may vary depending on your location and shipping method. Due to high demand, orders may take approximately 3 to 7 Days to arrive.

What if I do not receive my order?

If you do not receive your order within 30 days after shipping, please contact us so we can assist you. If your order is confirmed lost or undelivered, you may be eligible for a full refund or replacement.

Will I be charged customs and taxes?

No. Customs duties, import taxes, and related fees are taken care of by FUTITEC™.

The price you see at checkout is the final product price, and we cover any required customs or import-related charges where applicable. You will not be responsible for paying additional customs or tax fees upon delivery.

How do I return an item?

To request a return, please contact us at support@futitec.com with your order number and reason for return. Our support team will guide you through the return process.

What if the item I received is defective, incorrect, damaged, or missing?

Please contact us as soon as possible if your order arrives defective, incorrect, damaged, or incomplete.

Include your order number, clear photos of the item or package, and any relevant details. We will do our best to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

When will I receive my refund?

All approved refunds will be credited to your original payment method.

If you paid by credit or debit card, refunds are usually sent to the card-issuing bank within 7 to 10 business days after the returned item is received or the cancellation is approved.

Please note that your bank or credit card provider may take additional time to post the refund to your account. If you have not received your refund after the expected time, please contact your bank or card provider first.
